As the term winds to a close, we can reflect back on many busy and joyful happenings beyond the blue gate.

We recently came together as a larger kindergarten whanau to celebrate Easter with a story of ‘How Kiwi lost his wings’, it is really wonderful to share small and beautiful glimpses of what children experience daily in their kindergartens with parents and whanau.

After many weeks, months and in some cases years our outdoor kitchen/play supplies are dwindling.

Budding café owners, chefs, cake makers, coffee makers, potion makers and more have created, mixed and shared their creations using bowls, muffin trays, pots, pans, mugs and colanders.

We are on the hunt for more supplies for our outdoor play space.  If you are having a clean out of your own cupboards or have items that are excess to requirement, we would gladly accept any used but still in good condition, stainless steel pots, pans, muffin trays etc.

We look forward to hosting you in your child/ren’s respective kindergartens this coming Friday, 16 April from 12pm to share a story or circle time and a muffin and a cuppa.

Noho ora mai,

On behalf of the Rose Ring Kindergartens
