Dear beautiful whanau of Rosebud Playgroup,

Ngā mihi nui for your patience and the space you have given us to work through the uncertainties the mandate to vaccinate has brought to the whole education sector. We can now confirm that Rosebud Playgroup will continue to operate, with the silver lining of being on excursion in the outdoors!

We will meet at our regular times and days (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 9.15 am – 12 noon) at WAIPUNA PARK on Kaitemako road. Attached you will find a map with a marking in what area we will be, under the beautiful big trees just behind the playground.

Some things will change, please bring:

* kai to share, we are thinking of cut up fruit and veggies and maybe toast, bread or baking.

* outdoor clothing, such as sunhats, sunblock and raingear.

* we will bring tea, but please take your own cup or mug.

We are very excited to meet you all again this week and spend outdoor time with the tamariki. As always, please feel free to reach out if there are any questions or concerns.

Noho ora mai,

Flavia and Kim

Please feel free to contact our playgroup coordinator Flavia Edwards for any questions/enquiries regarding playgroup.

The Rosebud Playgroup offers a gentle rhythm for your child, using natural resources within a warm and nurturing environment. Our playgroup is run by a co-ordinator and parents.

We aim to be a place where parents can introduce themselves to Waldorf education and support each other along the way.

Parents can help to create the warm and nurturing environment by quietly working around the children, preparing morning tea or becoming involved in craft.

Playgroup can be one of the pathways into a Waldorf education at Rose Ring Kindergartens.
